such plants is the medlar (eriobotrya japonica). following, we give the exact method how this plant must be employed, because if it is not done in the indicated way, it will not give the desired results.
take about ten seeds from the very well ripened medlar fruits, with the goal of finding these seeds very well ripened.
take off from them the very fine tissue wich covers them, until leaving them completely white. then after, grind or pulverize them, in order to obtain a liquid containing finely divided. solids in suspension, wich must be mixed with a hundred grams of pure water we must perform this procedure on the previous nigh, before the day in wich we have to drink it. this must be done in order to leave it in repose for approximately ten or twelve hours. in the morning hours, before drinking the beverage, it must be warmed in a double boiler. after drinking it, it is advisable to drink a little, bit of heated water with the sole purpose of taking away the bad taste from our mouth.
this marvelous and magical beverage must be taken daily until one feels cured.
Note: (grinding the seeds to obtain a milk and the milk is mixed with water)

He aquí, caro lector, una de las plantas más
maravillosas, la que por ser tan abundante y sencilla, no ha merecido para
nosotros la importancia que posee, ya que sus poderes medicinales la colocan en
EL PINÁCULO DE LAS PLANTAS, y que muy bien puede tomar parte en el
concierto de las PLANTAS SAGRADAS del Gran Maestro GURÚ Huiracocha.
EL NÍSPERO
Dicha planta es EL NÍSPERO, del que a continuación
daremos la manera como debe emplearse, ya que no haciéndolo en la forma
indicada, tampoco daría los resultados deseados.
Tómese unas diez pepas de NÍSPEROS BIEN MADUROS,
con el fin de que dichas pepas estén también sazonadas, despójese éstas de la
película finísima que las recubre hasta dejarlas completamente blancas, luego
se muelen o trituran y así se tiene una lechada, la que se mezcla en cien
gramos de agua pura.
Dicha operación la verificaremos en la noche anterior en
la que debemos de tomarla, con el fin de dejarla en reposo unas diez o doce
horas aproximadamente.
En las horas de la mañana, cuando se proceda a tomar el
brebaje, debe de tibiarse al baño María; después de ingerirlo se aconseja
pasarlo con un poco de agua caliente con el único fin de quitar el mal sabor de
la boca.
Esta maravillosa y mágica bebida, se repetirá diariamente
hasta sentirse curado.
